Consisting of client support, onboarding specialists, client success managers & our in-house insights team, the client services team strive to deliver a tailored experience for our clients to ensure their wider business engages with their customer journey and the insight and tools delivered to ensure they are striving for best in class.
After 10 years managing independent pubs & hotels and running large corporate & private events, Lisa took the jump into Guest Experience & Insights with a well known operator. This was also how Lisa started working with the team at Feed It Back as a customer, before joining us after 4 years of working together. Lisa’s experience and knowledge of multiple cogs within the hospitality sector brings a wealth of knowledge and support to our team and clients.
